Arrowhead Electric Launches Bill4U ~ Another customer service innovation.

Arrowhead Electric has officially launched yet another program aimed at enhancing the Co-op’s strong menu of customer service initiatives. Members can now view their electric statements on-line. They can also pay their electric bill using the Internet. The new program is called Bill4U and it should prove to be a major convenience for many of our members.

The Co-op has been working for several years on making payment of electric bills on-line a viable option for all our members. Designing a system that was customer friendly, reliable and secure was a very high priority. Much testing and modification was done to assure that the system was meticulously evaluated before being offered to Arrowhead Electric members.

Signing up for Bill4U is a snap. Go to Arrowhead Electric’s website at http://www.aecimn.com/ and click on the Bill4U logo. Choose your Personal ID and password and answer a few account related questions. In just a few moments you are on your way to being able to work with your account on-line.

The information on Bill4U contained on the Arrowhead Electric website also features a very comprehensive list of frequently asked questions (FAQ’s) about the program. Members may wish to read this section thoroughly before signing up as it is a source of excellent information.

 We are delighted to be able to make this type of progressive program available to our membership. It reinforces our purpose which is to provide exceptional service to our members, co-workers and communities. As a not-for-profit electric cooperative, owned by the very customers we serve, our focus is on our members. This is another example of that ongoing commitment.
